Kevin Aqueche
Commander - Air Force

Kevin served 21 years in the Air Force from 1986-2007.  He started his career in the Philippines as a K-9 Handler for 3 years before heading to Washington DC to perform explosive detection duties. Kevin then traveled to Korea and got into Law Enforcement Operations.  After a year in Korea, Kevin went to Travis AFB and ran the kennel until deploying to Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  Returning back to Travis AFB, he got into Recruiting and retired as the Recruiting Flight Chief for the Central Valley.

Before retiring, Kevin completed his Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Accounting.  He is a Life Member of Post 3199.  

Kevin is a husband and father of 3.  He enjoys playing golf when not at work or at the post.  He is looking forward to the purchase of his fishing boat and coaching his grandchildren someday in baseball, softball and fishing.  No notification of grandchildren yet though.
